Voluntary Life & AD&D
Equipoint Partners offers a Voluntary Term Life Policy through Unum. This policy is voluntary and is paid for by the employee. It is intended to provide you with extra life insurance should you need it. The monthly rates for the policy, which are age-banded, can be found at the bottom of this page.
